Great news to share with you all!
Today – October 30, 2025, The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) and Homewise announced $1 million in grants to support affordable housing for New Mexico families.
$250,000 grants were awarded to four New Mexico tribal entities. The names of the entities that were awarded were: Santa Ana Pueblo, San Ildefonso Housing Authority, Pueblo of Zia Housing Services Department and our one and only Pueblo of Acoma Housing Authority!

Payment Disclaimer:
Reminder to all tenants: Please make sure to turn your payments in every 1st of the month. You will be given a grace period until the 4th of the month to turn in your payment. If you do not turn in payment before 4:30pm on the 4th day of the month, you will be charged a late fee to your account.
If you have a payment to turn in when our office is closed, you may place your payment in the drop-box. Please be sure to put your address, name and home/apt. number.
*We check the drop box in the morning to receive payments from the previous day. The drop box will be checked on occasions during the work day as well.*
